Is the shop still open?

The shop is still open, and I am still shipping. To reduce as much unnecessary contact with postal staff as possible, I am shipping on a reduced schedule but we will make sure you will still receive your order during your delivery times.

Shipping Delays

All our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. However due to an increased demand for online shopping across the country, and staff off sick and shielding, Royal Mail are experiencing unprecedented pressure on the postal system. This has resulted in some delays in the postal service. At pnbdesigns, I am sticking to my shipping schedule and making sure your items are still being delivered on time. It's tough to predict exactly when you can expect to receive your item, with some areas of the country more affected than others however we are trying our best. Direct to Recipient

We do offer an additional service to send your products direct to your recipient if you are buying for a friend or loved one. Be sure to add your recipient's name and address in the "shipping address" fields and use the notes section at the checkout to leave me any instructions or notes you have. Please note that I can only ship to one address, so if you are sending multiple cards to separate recipients, you will need the place individual orders.
